Sawgrasses SG500 Virtuoso is the industry’s first and only fully integrated sublimation printing system which has been engineered specifically for the sublimation market. Utilising Sublijet HD cartridges – a newly formulated ink designed for a higher yield and vibrancy of colours with a larger colour gamut.

Baseball Caps –
Sublimation Baseball cap 100% polyester for perfect results every time. Baseball available in various colours. Front white part can be sublimated with custom design. High quality and durable, simply press in a cap heat press for excellent results.

Size: The hats are adjustable for a one size fits all

Printing Area: 18.5cm x 8.5cm (Front white area)
Recommeded Heating Time & Tempreture: 185oC for 15-30 seconds.
