I have requested a password reminder for my account and haven’t yet received it?
Please check your email has not been added to your junk/spam inbox. If this isn’t the case please double check your email addresses and re-try requesting a password reminder.
I received a damaged item.
We are happy to address any concerns you may have regarding receiving a damaged/faulty parcel or product. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must contact Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving your product. We may ask that you please provide images of the faulty or damaged product/parcel and email it to us. Once we received these details we advise our return address.
What is your cutoff time, latest time to order?
All orders are dispatched from our UK Warehouse's located in Romford, Essex.
Our daily cut off is 4pm on working days , we don’t use variable cutoff ,we will go out of our way to ensure your will be sent out same day on working days as long we receive it before 4pm
If for any reason there is any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.
What should I do if my Credit/Debit card was refused while placing an order?
If your Credit or Debit Card was refused while placing an order on Coralgraph.com please re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your Credit Card was not accepted please contact your Credit Card issuer.
When will my order be delivered?
Heavy and valuable items (orders over £50) are sent by 24 hours courier. These consignments are delivered within 1-2 business days within the UK and within one week to other destinations. Orders below £25 are sent by Royal Mail first Class delivery times are 1-3 business days and 4-7 business days to other destinations.
